We coordinate gate access per your written instructions, keep a set schedule, and treat the empty months as the ones that matter, because they are.
One point worth clearing up, because the name is shared: the Village of Estero is inland, along Interstate 75 and US 41, near Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets, and Hertz Arena. Inland, the summer issue is humidity. An unoccupied home relies on its A/C to hold the line, and the A/C does not send you a text when something changes. On every visit we walk each room, note the thermostat reading, look at ceilings, floors, and under sinks, and photograph what we see. If you want an earlier signal on water, we set up homeowner-owned leak sensors, all-in from $150 to $250, so alerts go straight to your phone. Boat, golf cart, and lanai furniture can all be worked into the visit.
Storm prep on an Estero home means the lanai: pool deck furniture, grills, planters, anything on the screen enclosure that wind can move. When a named storm approaches, we prep your home per a plan we scope and price in writing ahead of season, from $400 per named storm. After the storm passes, we visit as soon as access allows, photograph the property inside and out, and send you a documented report. Emergency response visits start at $95.
