For each named storm, your package is the same three things: we ready the home, document it before, and document it after. Repair access while your contractors work is a separate concierge service, there when you want it.
When a named storm is on the way, we ready the home so it is buttoned up for the wind and water.
Removable panel shutters that must be installed from garage storage are a separate crew job, not part of the base readiness.
A walk-through that photographs the condition of your home going into the event, while it is still calm.
As soon as access is safely restored, we return, document what we can see, and get it to you fast.
If repairs are needed, we hold a key, meet the licensed contractors you choose, and document the work in photos.

After a storm, the hardest claims are the ones where no one can show what the home looked like before, or document the damage right after. Per named storm, covering all three parts of your package: before-the-storm readiness, the pre-storm documented visit, and the post-storm documented visit. Each named storm is its own deployment, so an active season can mean more than one. That base rate fits a typical condo, a small balcony with a few items to secure; a single-family home with a pool deck and grounds full of furniture and loose items is a larger job, scoped and priced to match. Repair access while contractors work is the separate concierge service noted above. Your exact scope and price are confirmed in writing before the season begins, and most clients set it up by phone, text, or email.
A note on timing, honestly: before a storm, what we can do depends on how much warning there is. After a storm, evacuation orders, road closures, and infrastructure damage can delay access for everyone. Post-storm visits are handled in the order calls come in, as soon as each home can be safely reached. We will always tell you straight what is and is not possible.
