Many owners here keep a boat at the dock or on a lift, and a golf cart for the neighborhood. We add boat and golf cart watch to the home watch plan, so the same visit that walks your unit also photographs the boat, the lines, the lift, and the cart. If you want the car exercised while you are north, we drive it for $50. Everything goes in the same report, so you see the whole property in one place.
Hurricane season runs June through November, which overlaps almost exactly with the months most of these homes sit empty. Storm and hurricane prep starts at $400 per named storm: we complete the preparations you request, photograph the property before the weather arrives, and return afterward to walk it and document the condition. Getting started does not require a trip to Florida. We set clients up remotely by phone, text, or email. We also set up homeowner-owned water leak sensors, all-in from $150 to $250, with alerts that go straight to your phone. Concierge and key-holder service runs $80 per hour for contractor meets, deliveries, and departure and arrival prep, and emergency response starts at $95 when someone needs to be at the home today.
