Storm prep on a Cape Coral single-family home is a bigger job than a condo balcony. Pool deck furniture, grills, planters, anything on the lanai that wind can move. When a named storm approaches, we prep your home per a plan we scope and price in writing ahead of season, from $400 per named storm. After the storm passes, we visit as soon as access allows, photograph the property inside and out, and send you a documented report. Emergency response visits start at $95.
